Alvin Stardust was an English singer and actor who played Greg Andersen in Hollyoaks from October 1995 to February 1996.
Alvin was most famous for having numerous hits during his music career, including Jealous Mind, Pretend and I Feel Like Buddy Holly.
He died on 23rd October 2014 from prostate cancer. This was 19 years after his first appearance on Hollyoaks, as well as a few weeks prior to his first album to be released in thirty years, and also the day after his concert in Evesham.
