Gnosh was a restaurant owned by Tony Hutchinson and Finn. Tony purchased the business - then 'Dick Tasties Cafe' with silent partner Finn in September 2001, as part of a deal where Tony bought Lewis Richardson out of The Loft. Tony's father also invested in the building. Upon arriving at the new premises, the building exploded owing to a gas leak caused by previous employee Vic and left Tony and his friends with a big repair job. Upon finally re-opening the restaurant, Tony changed the name to 'Gnosh'.
