Hilton Max Cunningham is the son of Cindy Cunningham and Paul Browning, the adoptive son of Dirk Savage, the half-brother of Alex Browning, Holly Cunningham and Alfie Nightingale, and the adoptive half-brother of Will, Liberty and Dodger Savage. He is named after his grandfather Gordon Cunningham, whose middle name was 'Hilton'.
Hilton is Cindy Cunningham and Paul Browning's son. He was born three months early and suffered from severe combined immunodeficiency, meaning he needed a bone marrow transplant. He was later christened in the hospital, with his sister; Holly Cunningham, his brother; Alex Browning and Cindy's friends, Mercedes McQueen and Lindsey Butterfield as his godparents.
